  1. So if this isn’t romance and there’s no love, what sort of story is this? Is it about the life and hardships of a “incomplete vampire”? I’m curious

    1. there's love, but it's not like what we've seen in her other translated works. it's mostly one-sided, and it's not the focal point of the story. if anything, it's kind of painful seeing the mc pining for the ml, but for some reason, the ml is unable to let himself be loved. in the spin-off, we get to see why, and the story comes together. overall, it's a sad story, but there are some funny gags too. i haven't read vol 5, so i can't say if there's more romance ahead.

    2. Oh no!!! I was hoping you'd get around to translating yellow diamond! But either way, you've translated a lot, and I'm overjoyed I get to read the rest of the vampire chapters you've posted! Thanks so much ♡ ♡ ♡

    4. Oh wow! That's so exciting, yay!!! I read the synopsis and thought it seemed like it had a lot of potential too! And the amazon reviews seemed pretty solid ❤️ At first I thought it was omegaverse, which isn't my cup of tea but it isn't lol. If you do work on it, I hope it doesn't turn out to be one of Konohara's weaker works 😭

    5. I thought the same when I saw the cover, that it was about m-preg, which i can read sometimes, but i didn't want to try translating one lol

    1. Thanks for letting me know 💕 It was probably because I wasn't using a US-based account. I made some changes, but if it's still not working, don't worry about it 😉

  4. I adore this story but will volume 5 and 6 ever become freely available to read? Is there something that makes them kofi exclusive?

    1. Hey! I totally get wanting to read more — I adore the story too. For now, Volumes 5 and 6 won’t be freely available just yet. I’ve got a few other projects I need to finish first, and honestly, I’ve grown to kind of hate posting on Blogger 😅 It’s super repetitive setting up all the pages and links, so I’m focusing on the epubs for now. I’ll update the blog when I have some more free time! Thanks for your patience 💛

  5. Hii!! I'm very grateful that you are translating this masterpiece, thank you! Since vol 5 and 6 won't be out for a while, is it alright if you can reveal if this story has a happy or sad ending?

  6. Hello, thank you so much for translating this novel. It's my favorite. The plot and all the complicated feelings that unfold are not something you find easily in light novels! the manga is really good too!
I'm eagerly awaiting the next volumes, and thank you so much again . gracias<3

    1. Thank you so much for your kind words! I know I’m biased, but I really think Konohara is a master at writing characters — they feel so real, like actual people. I hope the next volumes live up to your expectations. ¡Gracias a ti también! 💖
