Synopsis: When college student Masato Kitazawa applies for a part-time job at the bookstore nearest to his house, he never expects to run into Yusuke Omiya—the store manager and someone from his past.
Their chance encounter stirs up memories of a summer long ago, bringing back emotions that were never fully resolved.
Now, faced with someone who seems to treat him like a stranger, Kitazawa is caught between nostalgia and heartache as an old connection quietly resurfaces.

Oh I’m so excited for this. Seems like this story is a bit more.. morally gray? I hope it’s a bit angsty but the cover makes me think it’s a comedy lol XD
ReplyDeleteHmm, I wouldn’t really call it a comedy, though there are definitely some funny moments scattered throughout. Without giving too much away, I’d say it’s more of an angsty and emotional novel. The way they first met, combined with the age gap, means they’re often out of sync, and the emotional mismatch really adds to the tension
